Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5 mins from FLETC and approximately 20 minute drive to St. Simons Island/Jekyll Island beach. We welcome this beautiful home that has recently been fully remodeled. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs. High speed WiFi internet available.
