We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. A perfect escape to the country, your very own tranquil homestead set on 50 acres nestled on a hill with breathtaking views of the scenic rim mountains. In just over an hour from Brisbane you can be relaxing on the deck enjoying a glass of wine from one of the nearby wineries, sitting around the fireplace or toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The homestead is only a 7 minute drive to Boonah township and on the same road and only a 3 minute drive to Kooroomba Vineyard & Lavender Farm.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Our tranquil private property of 160 acres , surrounded by the canungra creek with historical homestead that sleeps 12 perfect for large groups and also couples. Knowing you are only a very short distance from cafes and local restaurants & many other scenic destinations. We are just a four kilometres from Canungra Valley Vineyard and also Sarabah Winery. We are also at bottom of O'Reillys and there famous Treetops Skywalk and a short drive to our beautiful Tamborine Mountain.
