Ein Zimmer ist mit einem Bett( 1x2m),Kommode, Sessel und kleinem Tisch ausgestattet, das andere verfügt über eine Recamiere, Kommode und eingebautem Kleiderschrank. TV und Internetradio sind vorhanden. Das Bad besteht aus WC, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Zur Innenstadt und zur Universität sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50 m entfernt.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Die charmante Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet unseren Gästen ein Maximum an Ruhe und Komfort. Ein hochwertiger Parkettfußboden in allen Wohnräumen schafft eine wohlige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche sind offen gehalten und bieten ein großzügiges Wohnambiente. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Whirlpool Wanne ausgestattet. Und für unsere Gäste, die gerne kochen, lässt unsere voll ausgestattete Küche keine Wünsche offen.

Mein Bootshaus ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Es lädt dazu ein, ganz für sich zu sein, den Alltag zu vergessen und liegt in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Darmstadt und Frankfurt. Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.
