All amenities on your door step, plenty of bars, restaurants, sight seeing activities and much more right outside your front door! Please ask for any recommendations, we are more than happy to help! 10 minute walk to Plymouth’s Drake Circus shopping mall. 8 minute walk to Plymouth Hoe. 3 minute walk to Mayflower steps.

You need your own towels Our caravan is refurbished, equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Too small for more than 4 adults, perfect for families. Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

Exeter Airport is approx 15 mins away with the University and hospital being around 2 to 3 miles away. Enjoy relaxing, walking public footpaths or exploring local cycle routes along the Exe Estuary. Explore Dartmoor National Park and the "English Riviera"

Just seconds from the seafront and Plymouth West Hoe Pier, this ground floor self contained apartment sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is one bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen / dining area which leads onto a lounge. Free off road parking is at the rear of the property. Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk.

Peaceful cottage set in beautiful countryside

Ashwell Cottage is located in the grounds of our home, Ashwell House at the end of a country lane in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil Devon countryside. The Cottage was completely renovated in 2019. It has its own cottage garden, which in turn is set in the substantial grounds of Ashwell House. French doors open out onto a patio area with an outdoor dining space. The loudest noise you are likely to hear is the occasional passing tractor, and our own normally well behaved dog.

Located at the rear of the Kingswood Hotel, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the town centre. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Bright and airy, newly renovated cottage in central Okehampton. Off street parking for two cars with exclusive use of an EV charger (charges apply). Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!
