The Guest Room is an extension of our home, located in one of the exclusive gated subdivisions in Davao just a few meter drive from SM and Abreeza Malls and 20 mins away from the airport. A safe and comfy place for travelers who would like to experience the warmth and hospitality of Davao. All of our rooms are equipped with the basic amenities guaranteed to make your stay as comfy as possible: from king size to double or single beds, hot and cold shower, cable tv and air conditioner.

BRC Residence BnB

The house is located in an open village with a wholesome, safe, and friendly neighborhood. It is accessible by public utility jeepney and taxi (common and Grab). It takes 30 minutes to get to the area from the central point of davao city on a normal or light traffic. The house was designed for a family of five in the 70s but only 2 members of the family live in the house currently hence the extra room. It has wide spaces if the guest wants to move around more freely.

This property is located 3 minutes drive from Davao International Airport in a quiet neighborhood. A family friendly, business traveller and backpacker’s choice for clean and comfortable stay. With Mini Function area, free use of airconditioner. We have an open kitchen if you want to cook with basic cooking and eating utensils. You can bring food with no corkage only 5 towels will be provided No toiletries. pls bring your own

A Home with a Heritage

Built in the early 1950's, the heritage house was one of the first residences in Juna Subdivision, Matina Davao City. The house was built in the architectural style of that period showcasing a hexagonal ceiling design in the Living and Dining areas. Most of the structure is original as well as the furniture in the Living and Dining areas and some of the bedrooms. Room rate includes full breakfast for 2 persons.
