We are 10 miles to Delhi, 13 miles to Oneonta, 17 miles to Cooperstown All-Stars Village, 25 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park, and a stone's throw to the West Kortright Centre. 5 Acre PIne Cabin is a new construction 3 bedroom plus cabin featuring open floor plan and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen, featuring a custom iron stair case engraved with pines and bears and an open living room with TV, as well as one Full bedroom and full bath are downstairs. The second level consists of 2 more full bedrooms and an open den area with twin trundle beds, TV with Roku. There is also an outdoor open fire pit. We are located just 10 miles to All Star Village Baseball!

Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.
