Renovated cabin with all the comforts, including a *new* screened porch with all-season heaters, large dining table, and porch swing. Bake a pizza in the wood fired oven while your kids jump on the in-ground trampoline or roast marshmallows. Enjoy hikes in and around the Dolly Sods; in the winter, ski, sled, or tube; in the summer, splash, boat, and raft on nearby rivers. Gas fireplace. WiFi, cable, smartTV, remote work set-up. Game cabinet, fort supplies, and special extras for all ages.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

An adventurous, scenic drive goes to Parsons, with the only McDonald's and traffic light in the county. Relax on the back deck to view the horse pasture and the small private airport.

Our tiny little cabin is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you are looking for a remote getaway with beautiful sites, some fabulous fishing, or riding your side by side through the mountains, this place is in the heart of it. Nestled in the holler of Leadmine, WV is our hut. So close to Thomas, WV with their streets of shopping; Davis, WV with Blackwater Falls and restaurants; Canaan is not much further up the road. And the endless trails to ride your buggies!!
