The Kit House

Our second home is very spacious, in a great location and terrific for families or groups of friends! There are 4 bedrooms (all on the second floor) and an office/air bed space. We have a fenced in yard~ great for pets and for hanging out. We're within walking distance of the town of Davis which has several restaurants and shops, including my former shop Wild Ginger and Spice. Thomas is just a two-mile drive and boasts great live music and art. There are ski areas and 2 State Parks close by

Charming 120-year-old Victorian home in located in downtown Parsons within the border of the Monongahela National Forest. About 20 mins southeast of Davis, it's just a short drive from Canaan Valley, Timberline Ski Resort, Blackwater Falls, & a large network of trails & stunning scenery. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Dogs only for a fee.

Relax in a dog & kid-friendly restored 1901 farm house in Davis WV. Enjoy a charming, historic home in town, a 10 min. walk from restaurants, cafe, breweries, cocktail lounge, & hiking trails. There are nice views and good space for socializing. No loud parties, however. Enjoy the large table & bar. 5 minute drive to the Purple Fiddle & other amenities in Thomas, or to Blackwater Falls State Park. 15 min. drive to Canaan Valley. You'll also have easy access to our small-town amenities while being a short drive from some of West Virginia's favorite destinations like Spruce Knob and Seneca Rocks. You can also stay in and enjoy the mountain view without ever leaving the back porch.
