This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or groups. 4 bedrooms 1 x king 1 x queen / office desk 1 x queen 1 x triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top - top kids only - 100kg max) Master with newly renovated ensuite. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.

Lauriston Cottage is close to public transport and in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with lots of character, walking distance from the centre of town. You’ll love staying there because of the comfy beds, central heating, choice of living areas to hang out in, free wifi, compact kitchen, retro bathroom, and spacious back deck. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.
