Our studio is a separate self catering unit in a forest garden with it's own entrance and off street parking.. We are in an upmarket quiet neighbourhood and 5 min. drive from the historic town centre. It has a king bed, couch {converting into a wide single bed for a child} , kitchenette, private bathroom (en suite), terrace and a swimming pool. The 5 schools and MediClinic hospital is 5min. drive away. We're at the start of the famous Stellenbosch mountain for hiking and mountain bikes..

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Hillside Cottage

Come and stay in our peaceful studio cottage high up on Helderberg Mountain surrounded by trees and hear the owls hooting as you fall asleep! Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!

This Room, with onsuite bathroom, is separate from the main House with secure automated parking. Keypad door entry. Small, but cosy and sunny. Kitchen nook for reheating etc.. Includes electric blanket, heater, ceiling fan, etc. Surrounded by Wine Farms with the closest (200m) away, walking distance to parks. 2 Min Drive to Historic Dorp Street and its Restaurants.
