Historic 3-bedroom home, in a great location!

Fall is a beautiful time of the year to visit the Black Hills! Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Be our guest on 40 private and fully gated acres. From all windows of the house you can watch 2 horses and cattle grazing through the meadow. The evening sunsets are magical with deer & turkeys wandering through. Relax under the stars at our fire pit (all supplies provided). Let your kids run wild with water guns & a water fall pond to refill at! Located right off HWY 16 makes you only 10 minutes to downtown Rapid City and 20 minutes to Mt. Rushmore!

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Twin Springs Cabin-Private Hot Tub!

We can accommodate up to eight people in this spacious, fully equipped 1356 sq foot cabin. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Total serenity in the northern Black Hills on an acre of wooded property. Snow mobile and ATV trails are approximately 1 mile away, 4.5 miles from Mickelson Trail. For a fun evening in town Deadwood is 8 miles. Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Reptile Gardens are all about a 45 minute drive.

Welcome! Cappie, Star of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, built this adorable off-grid cottage as his own, but now you have the opportunity to stay! This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, dozens of chickens, and a large garden.
