Το σπίτι είναι μονοκατοικία στους Γομφους 12 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη των Τρικάλων κοντά στην Πύλη. Βρίσκεται στον κόμβο για τρεις μοναδικούς προορισμούς που χιλιομετρικά οι αποστάσεις είναι ίσες. 30 χλμ περίπου η Καλαμπάκα και τα Μετέωρα, 30 χλμ περίπου το Περτούλι, 30 χλμ περίπου η λίμνη Πλαστήρα. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής οι καταρράκτες της Παλαιοκαρυάς, καθώς και λίγα χιλιόμετρα πιο πάνω η μαγευτική Ελάτη. και στη συνέχεια το Περτούλι με το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο!!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον Πρώτο όροφο. Υπάρχουν 15 σκαλιά για το το διαμέρισμα. Δεν είναι κατάλληλο για άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες. Διαθέτει κλιματιστικό και ανεμιστήρα οροφής στην κρεβατοκάμαρα, κουζίνα στον ίδιο χώρο με το σαλόνι -τραπεζαρία, διαθέτει ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής. Στο σαλόνι υπάρχει Καναπές που γίνεται δύο μονά κρεββάτια. Υπάρχουν δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια, το ανατολικό βλέπει στον Κήπο , το δυτικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα.
