Remote farm cottage makes ideal retreatDanehill Cottage lies in the hamlet of Oughtershaw in the small, and very beautiful, Langstrothdale. The beck, which runs along the bottom of the garden, eventually becomes the River Wharfe. It is a very special place to us, and we are always delighted to share it with others. Oughtershaw is fairly remote: there is no reliable mobile reception, unless you walk up the hill, and no land line - there is a telephone box in the hamlet. The cottage is simple. We love this, and hope you will too.
