Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located top level of my home in a quiet neighborhood of Cottonwood heights. Located 15 mins from Salt Lake International airport. Also within less than 10 mins drive or an easy 2 block walk to the bus stop to the base of 4 of the top ski resorts including Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, or Alta resorts for adventure of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, rock climbing etc. Within walking distance of the liquor store, Target, Trader Joes, more.
