Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. Only 10 minutes to get to Vortex Springs or Morrison Springs. Drive 45 minutes to the beautiful white sand beaches in Panama City beach, or Grayton beach in Santa Rosa. The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Welcome to Cerulean Chalet— a charming retreat just steps from Sunset King Lake Campground and only 1/10 mile from the King Lake boat launch. Enjoy quick access to outdoor adventures right on the lake, such as kayaking on the peaceful water, feeding the local ducks and turtles, or fishing for a prize bass. The 580 acre lake is well stocked with shell-cracker, catfish, bream, crappie, and black bass.
