Ubicado en una zona céntrica y tranquila a la vez, se accede a el por unas escaleras (80 escalones en total), a diez minutos caminando a la playa, restaurantes, bares con terrazas, farmacia, estanco, supermercado, panadería, souvenirs,...y de la parada del Tranvía de Sóller (tranvía de madera de estilo de principios del siglo XX), que comunica el pueblo de Sóller con el Puerto de Sóller.
