CAN MINDUS 3: This is one of the three houses that make up the Can Mindus house, from the 19th century. The 3 houses can be rented separately or the whole house. Can Mindus is a 7-minute walk from the center of Sóller and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sóller. Views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana and the city of Sóller. Se recuerda que existe en las Islas Baleares una tasa turística de 2€/dia por persona major de 14 años a abonar a su llegada. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.
