We find it hard to leave the deck, but if you like adventures, there's kayaking, fishing, and hiking right out the door! Redwoods, empty beaches, sand dunes, and more within a 20min drive!

Set on 7 peaceful acres of redwoods, Sweet Elk Suite is a quiet retreat for two. Private entrance & self check in. The Emerald Outpost - off-grid gateway to SRNF

Get into the wild! Private, remote, off-grid. Our cozy cabin sits on 12 acres of forest property and is surrounded by Six Rivers National Forest land without a neighbor in site. You'll be just steps from a crystal clear private swimming hole in year-round Jones Creek. Drive 2 miles to picturesque swimming holes on the wild and scenic Smith River. If you love the idea of unplugging to enjoy the wilderness in all its natural glory, consider this unique getaway!

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.

Enjoy a beach vacation in this cozy 3 bed/2 bath cottage just 6 blocks from Pebble Beach. Relax with the backyard hot tub, propane grill and fire pit after your beach and redwood adventures. Walk to SeaQuake Brewery, nearby parks, sunset overlook, beaches and more. Crescent City is a bike friendly, walkable beach town adjacent to the majestic redwoods. Raft, fish, bike, boat, and more in this beautiful area.

The Trapper's Cabin

The Trapper’s Cabin is a 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin located in the heart of Gasquet, CA, conveniently situated off the 199 highway. Gasquet is 20 miles from the ocean, 10 miles from the Redwood National Forest, and sits directly on the Smith River. Come for the many adventures that the tallest trees, cleanest river, and secluded beaches have to offer, but stay for a sense of pure serenity.
