Sades Loft is located in a fairytale cottage in the heart of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. The upstairs loft has its own private entry on Ocean Avenue. Open your front door and explore downtown Carmel or take a 10 minute stroll down to the beach. Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

My home is located in sunny Del Rey Oaks, a small quiet community with easy access to Monterey and surrounding areas. Closely located to Hwy 1 & 68, it allows for a pleasant drive to local attractions. Laguna Seca (Mazda Raceway - 6.7 m), Toro Park (10.4 m), Monterey (4.2 m), The Wharf (4 m) Pacific Grove (6.1 m), Monterey Bay Aquarium & Cannery Row (5.4 m), Carmel (7.2 m), Carmel Valley (13.5 m), Big Sur (31.4 m) Monterey Airport (2.6 m) and close to local beaches & shopping.

1 mile to the beach and 3 to Cannery Row. Enjoy your Monterey Peninsula home with a backyard playground for the little ones. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, Laguna Seca Raceway, Pebble Beach, and Carmel are just a few of the area activities to enjoy. Eat out at one of our area's great restaurants or stay in with a home-cooked meal. With a large dining table and additional seating for up to eight, family style dining is a joy. A private full bathroom and spa. The space includes a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, fully stocked and an orange juice / breakfast bar for an excellent start of the day!

The Studio is brand new. It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

Cozy Guest Suite for a Quiet Country Getaway

*** PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING *** This studio guest suite has a private entrance, and private parking. It is a walk out basement apartment that is located under our main residence. There is no accessibility between the main house and the suite. We are located in a country setting, but just minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea or Monterey. The home is in a very quiet, peaceful, rural setting. Enjoy the fresh air, and the sunlight through the beautiful oaks.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

This beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is located in the most lovely city which is next to Monterey. The house is in the clean, safe and quiet pretty neighborhood. Parking is inside the big yard. It is close to Carmel Beach, 17-Mile Drive, Big Sur, Aquarium, Lovers' Point, DLI, NPS, Point Lobos State Park as well as all the beautiful beaches on Monterey Peninsula. It is an ideal base for a family of 4-6 people to explore Monterey Bay areas.
