This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats. Therefore, if you are a foodie, like wine/beer, antique shops or like to hear a band or singer every once in a while, you can definitely find something to do and travel via Uber, Lyft or Taxi.

Cabin is very charming, but rustic. Kitchen has full size frig, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, toaster+ keurig. Coffee, condiments, soap & shampoo provided. There is a gas grill. Guests provide their qs sheets, towels, campfire wood & drinking water. A variety of dvd’s & games, hot water in & outside shower & tub. Tubes for floating provided, swim your own risk. Fire pit, creek is stocked. Steps to deck overlooking the creek.Trash goes home with guests, smoking on the decks only.

Bright Townhouse Clean and Cozy!

My home is bright and sunny and peaceful with a vaulted ceiling and back patio. Great for families, with a well articulated kitchen Laminate floors throughout; pets are welcome, as long as they are trained. Please note that I am aware of a few minor wear and tear issues - don’t choose my home if you can’t deal with normal home issues like having a beige carpet with signs of wear limited to only the stairs and piano room. Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.
