Gilbertsville is one of only two New York villages which are included in the National Historical Register in their entirety. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a historic 1820s building, which has housed numerous businesses through the years, including a bank and grocery. At one time, it was the print shop that published The Otsego Journal and was formerly the home of Tarot Designing and Printing. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of the Print Shop. Nestled in this quaint 200-year-old village, it is next to the historic mansion, The Majors Inn, and across from The Value Way Country Store and the studios of various craftspeople and artists. The Bed and Breakfast acquired its name from the 1852 Signature Quilt which is featured along with other antique and contemporary quilts from the Butternut Valley. Our clean, comfortable, and convenient facilities will appeal to those visiting the Gilbertsville area, as well as those interested in quilts and Central New York Leatherstocking history. We will provide a selection of breakfast foods for you to choose from to create your own breakfast. Whether you stay one night or several, you will have a delicious variety of cereals, pancake/waffle mix, english muffins and eggs to eat. There is a delicious bakery across the street. We offer a quiet and extremely clean place. We are only 6 miles from Belleayre Mtn Ski Center. Restaurants are nearby. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI is 300mbps. We have security cameras outside and an EV Charging station on the property. We now have an outdoor fire pit (wood not included). We also have a standby generator in case of a power failure.

Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couch opens to a twin size as well. The vaulted ceilings give the space a roomy feel, you can cook in and watch your favorite streaming channels on wifi, or go for a stroll out to dinner. We are within walking distance of all the amenities, hiking, fishing, antiques, shopping, cafes and more. We are close to Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Wedding Venues, and all the Catskills have to offer.

The Carriage House sits on Fieldstone Farm Two, located along one mile of riverfront property on the Delaware River. A comfortably and beautifully furnished retreat, sitting on 215 acres of lush fields and woods. Hike the trails throughout the property, observe the wildlife, admire the scenery as you sip your morning coffee on the deck, share stories around the fire pit, paddle on the river, create feasts around the farm table, and revel in the serenity of the rolling Catskill Mountains.

The Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. Enjoy activities like hiking and fishing plus the antiques, stores and restaurants in nearby Andes, Delhi and Bovina. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market.

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

Creekside Haven is a lovely apartment with a living room, kitchen and dining room. 2 completely private bedrooms and your own separate entrance. Creekside is a 2nd floor apartment with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There is a full bath with a shower and tub. Another addition is the gorgeous comfortable king size bed. 8-10 minutes away from SUNY and Hartwick and right around the corner, 2 minutes from Cooperstown All-StarVillage!

We think Bovina is the 'gem of the Catskills' and this catbird seat above Brushland Eating House is just the place to take it in. Smack dab in the middle of main street, you've access to the towns bounty - farms, mountains & delicious fare. Please note: We do have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. We happily accept one night stays on weekdays. Excited to have you here!
