Robbins Room - Mansion Farm Inn

Named after original owner David Robbins in the 1800’s, this room is the largest of the three. Double in size it has its own large sitting area to relax and read or watch TV. Located on the 2nd floor, just a few steps away you can relax on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Decorated in soft tranquil blues this room is perfect for honeymooners, anniversary, and birthdays or guests that need that extra space to feel at home. The Homestead B&B - Cottage

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Cottage is detached from the Main House and features a king size bed, kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fenced in back yard/patio with a gas grill. A full American breakfast is served each morning in the Main House. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

The Homestead B&B - Sunflower Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is the largest of our guest rooms and is located on the second floor of the Main House. It features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and vaulted ceilings. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

“Out to Sea” at the Terry House !

The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.

The Homestead B&B - Orchard Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located in the rear of our Carriage House on the first floor. It has a private entrance and a small patio facing our fruit trees. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

Charming condominium in the midst of historic Lewes, Delaware converted from the original 1828 Bethel United Methodist Church. It is a spacious first floor unit with large rooms and high ceilings filled tastefully with vintage American furniture. The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.

The Inn at Dirickson Creek is a newly renovated coastal casual bed and breakfast just 6 miles from Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Sitting on three and a half acres there is plenty of room for fun on days you decide to stick around. The inn offers six private bedrooms, private bath, four rooms offer private enclosed porches, shared living room, and dining area. We also have a game room featuring a pool table, board games, and arcade games.
