This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

Pew with a View - Seafront Cottages

My place is located directly on the seashore with spectacular views and is walking distance to the village convenience store. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

Hill Crest is a traditional stone-built cottage superbly located in a prime elevated site with spectacular panoramic views overlooking Cullen Bay in the Royal Burgh of Cullen. A charming and historic fishing village on the Moray Firth in Scotland, Cullen is beautifully positioned against the backdrop of 19th century railway viaducts. The two-story cottage sleeps 6 adults and makes for a fabulous dwelling for both couples and families looking to explore the rugged Moray Firth.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

The Garden Bothy is our warm and cosy couple's retreat. Situated in a quiet corner the of the estate next to the Walled Garden it is an ideal place to hideaway for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the lovely walks around the estate. It is a stones throw from Garden Cottage, our other property which can also be booked if you want to bring company on holiday but have your own space too. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
