In the winter you can enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and sledding or settle down and sink into the microfiber couches relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove. Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Here you can hike the trails throughout the property, witness the sun set as you grill on the large gated deck, share stories around the fire pit, curl up by the brick fireplace, create memories and feasts in the beautiful kitchen, and revel in the serenity of the rolling Catskill Mountains. *Our home is professionally cleaned!*

Gingerbread House- a 1950s Catskills Chalet

Perched high among the trees, Gingerbread is a 1950’s Swiss chalet that sits on 4 acres. This is the house everyone slows down for, points and says ‘ that’s the house I would want Upstate’. Well ….she's taken. But I am so happy to welcome you as guests for a short period of time. Gingerbread comes with all the little touches making it feel like the perfect home away for a week, weekend or however long you can escape your regular life.

Brushland's The White House

Built in 1884, the White House exudes all of the charm of a rural abode with the simplicity of being right on Main Street, sitting just a stone’s throw from Brushland Eating House and a short drive from the towns of Andes and Delhi. Please note: We do have a two night minimum on holidays/weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. We happily accept one night stays on weekdays. Excited to have you here!

Imagine Morticia Addams vacationed in Scandinavia - worked remotely with fast streaming wifi, and then influenced the design of a 1920’s farmhouse in Upstate New York to function both as a remote worker’s dream and an NYC office worker's ideal getaway weekend. In our case, Morticia Addams is known as Jane West, and she was the inspiration for our first weekend home.
