Also have a fleet of electric and standard bikes for the Rails to Trails here in Export . Take the family out and have fun!

Comfort Central is in a very safe neighborhood with on street parking. It's 7 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, universities, stadiums, museums and 2 miles from RIDC Park in O'Hara Township. It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Keep it simple at this newly updated and centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it. We are also only 25 miles from Pittsburgh sports stadiums, and so much more. Some of our favorite local businesses to try are the Yellow ridge Brewery or Ianni’s for a wood fired pizza. Enjoy a comfortable, clean stay at this centrally-located, newly updated house. House is less than a mile from route 30 to get you to restaurants and shoppes in under 10 minutes. Everything is on one floor including the washer and dryer. House is very close to the hospital as well as Seton Hill University and University of Pittsburgh - Greensburg campus. Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.
