Easy to get to shops and restaurants in town and outdoor adventure on the largest flat-topped mountain in the world where you can hike, fish, ATV, hunt, downhill and cross-country ski, mountain bike, snowmobile and more. After an exciting day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, BBQ or meander down to the creek to relax.

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Basecamp 5:, 1 King, 1 Queen /w Kitchenette

This very special "double" room features a dividing wall which gives each bedroom its own privacy. This room has a mini-fridge, microwave & utensil drawer, table and chairs, coffee station, and glassware. Each bedroom has its own 32 inch flat panel TV with Direct TV. There is a built-in closet and hooks mounted throughout the rooms for convenient storage. No detail was left unattended. This room is perfect for individuals traveling together and offers a little more privacy. No Cleaning Fee!

2 bed Apt. on veggie/fruit farm, amazing views!

The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. A creek runs along the east, and the space is quiet. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car. The north rim of the Black Canyon is 50 minutes away.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

Basecamp 3 at the Cedaredge Lodge/Dog Friendly

Local wood and soft touches turn this room into a private hideaway. It has a rustic bathroom, and the kitchenette is complete with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils, dish soap and towels! This room boasts a bedside control for the custom lighting feature that is built into the crown trim-work. The log wrapped closet with shelves provides plenty of storage space and you'll find other hooks strategically placed for your convenience. No Cleaning Fee!

Basecamp 4 at the Cedaredge Lodge

Creativity and classic Colorado Aspen transforms into a stunning king studio suite. The kitchen is completely custom and is outfitted with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with supply of coffee & tea), dining table & chairs, dishware, utensils, wine glasses, dish soap and towels! The custom tiled spa shower has natural wood accents. The built in closet, hanging racks and fully appointed kitchen will make this "Studio Suite" a perfect choice for extended stays.

This is a very unique basement apartment unit in the downtown heart of Paonia with the Paonia ditch running through a quarter acre treed oasis. The whole building is an eccentric hand-crafted living art space that has prior to now been operating as an Artist in residency. This apartment has lots of natural light and an epic sauna! You will have a walk out patio and will be in a two block radius of restaurants, cafe's, and grocery stores.

The Crown Jewell at the Cedaredge Lodge

This custom apartment at The Cedaredge Lodge is our crown jewel! It features stunning woodwork throughout, 2 private balconies, a wood stove, a beautiful kitchen and dining area and an upscale bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed and a unique catwalk to the "loft" which contains two beanbag chairs that convert into queen beds. The secondary bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds and plenty of storage space.

Adults only please! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 bedrooms (queen beds in both) and 2 bathrooms with 1 car attached garage in a very quiet small condominium complex. Stocked kitchen, bedding and towels. Newer furniture. Range (stovetop and oven), dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer within the unit. 1 mile from hospital and 1/2 mile from down town. No animals allowed.
