This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

Welcome home. For our fourth experience, Kendall and I wanted to keep pushing two things : unique + cozy. Lights that can set a vibe with the push of a button. Check Gas fire inside, bonfire out. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

This is one of a 4 units house w/ private entrance in the west side. Knotty pine finishes, Quartz countertop, maple tiles in the bathroom, parking in backyard under 24/7 cameras record (1 spot available) or on street parking (unlimited time). Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

Cozy Apartment #3 Downtown

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a mid-century constructed building in an urban area. Located minutes from MSU campus and walking distance to downtown Lansing. The apartment has everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.

Cozy East Lansing Duplex near MSU - Apt 2

Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU Campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min Lake Lansing - Park and beach: 5 min This is an older house (built in 1800). The floors can be cold in the winter. Bring your cozy slippers.
