Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi throughout. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend. Note: Historic drought has lowered our lake levels significantly. Our lake is no longer navigatable out to Little Lake Kerr.

Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer.
