You will love staying here because this house offers you silence, high speed internet (200mpbs) and is located in a location where you can reach the city center by car in minutes (1 km). Bazaar, beach, market, banks, restaurants, cafes, market, supermarket are 2-3 minutes away by car. You can also order food to your door without leaving home. Whenever you need me, I can be there in 5 minutes and I will be happy to give you local advice and suggestions.

Kalkan villa on the beach w/Infinity Pool - US

Our place is front row to Kalamar beach within 50-meter walking distance to the sea. The house is 1 kilometer from Kalkan center which has great restaurants and nightlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). All the rooms have air conditioning and also the windows have screens. Both bathrooms have showers. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and silverware/plates.

Apartment has independent entrance Home is very quiet in the nature, Ideal for remote work, fast internet up to 70mbps, very nice different beaches by walking 10 to 30 mins, Small market in 2 mins by walk Restaurants deliver foods by call, center is 5km there are coffees, restaurants, markets and bazaar. Large 200 sq.m home with mountain view 400m to sea

Well-maintained two-story duplex home with a wonderful mountain view. 5 min walk from the beach. Easy access to the city center and shopping 1200m. Everything is within walking distance. Fully furnished and equipped for a long-term stay, but we don't have an oven or dishwasher. An on-site manager is available for any needs.

Villa Escalade III is exceptional even by high area standards. Just steps to Sea Access, Large private swimming pool, generous outdoor spaces, newly remodeled kitchen (2016). We have been renting since 2009 with strong repeat guest rate.
