Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.
