River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Denmark Town Studio - cosy self contained for two

Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Next to a Karri reserve with outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

The Lookout - Views over Ocean Beach & Inlet

You'll find yourself basking in breathtaking views of Nalluki Peninsular, Ocean Beach and Wilson Inlet. A staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where you'll step into a light open plan living space including a full sized kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood fire and smart tv. Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. This chalet will not disappoint!

The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
