Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer.

Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. Walkable to restaurants, Wawa, and Supermarket. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May, and the County Zoo. Only 45 minutes to Atlantic City. Window AC is provided in the bedroom from 5/15-10/30. Heat from 10/30 to 5/12.
