The GAME ROOM features 65” TV, pool, air hockey, and shuffleboard. RV and boat parking inside the gates. This house does allow small gatherings and events may require an additional fee and MUST be approved before booking.

In a world of faceless property managers and corporate rentals, our home is different. I grew up in this neighborhood and we use this house when we visit our kids' grandparents. We invite you to lounge by the pool and grill up dinner with the lake in the background or spread out inside and use the well-stocked kitchen to make amazing memories.

Put in kayaks at the lake or just enjoy a peaceful evening in the yard with BBQ/seating. Specific parking space.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

This is a perfect getaway for mountain bikers, runners and hikers. We’d love to host your family get-together, corporate retreat or small party—no prom parties or loud parties allowed. Come enjoy nature, relax by the pool, explore the trails and stay at a super-comfy home!
