It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

Secure, fully lockable bike storage will ensure your peace of mind and an expansive outdoor deck is the perfect place to relax with a beer after a day on the trails.

The Cure at Derby is an accommodation offering in Derby designed specifically for the MTB market. The property caters for everything you need when hitting the world famous Blue Derby trails. Formerly the towns Doctors surgery and residence the property is divided into two parts. “The Surgery” a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat that sleeps six. “The Doctors residence” a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious house with large deck bar sleep ten people. Escape reality and wind back time in our little forest getaway… why not stay a while and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of our special spot high up above the Mutual Valley, surrounded by cool-temperate rain forest. For the adventurous there is of course the world class mountain bike trails of Blue Derby on your doorstep, or you might prefer to simply decompress and enjoy fishing, stargazing and experiencing the unique wood fired floating sauna on the lake.

Derby Bank House Cabin- one night stay available

Set in a unique mountain biking township, the Derby Cabin is our newest addition to The Bank House accommodation offering. This recently renovated and fully insulated apartment is perfect for two guests. Located at the rear of The Bank House with private access, The Cabin makes for the ideal launch pad for any adventure being only a few minutes walk to popular eateries, the iconic floating sauna, walking tracks, heritage and natural attractions.
