Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Rural cosy cottage near Dereham

This cosy cottage is situated adjacent to the owners house and next to a working farm. It is a converted dairy with exposed oak beams, a wood burner, private garden, and parking for 2 cars next to the cottage. Although rural, it's only a 10min drive into Dereham where there are supermarkets and a good variety of shops and eating places. The property is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, and is on one level. Being centrally located, the whole of Norfolk can be explored.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Sycamore Yurt

Finished to a high standard our yurts come fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break including wood burners with oven, private barbecue, sun loungers, hammock. Private shower and WC facilities. Woodfired pizza oven for use of both yurts. Book both yurts together with family and friends and get whole site to yourselves.

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk

Kick back & relax in a calm stylish space in the central Norfolk countryside village of Mattishall. Rayners Lodge provides beautiful accommodation for 6, with a sociable open-plan Kitchen Diner Lounge & 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 king size beds & 2 single beds) & a family bathroom. Outside there are decking & patio areas plus a small grass garden (dogs or children would need to be supervised as these areas are not secure) A private driveway provides parking up to 4 vehicles - no EV charging.

There is a pub and shop only a 5 minute drive away or the main town is just a 10 minute drive where you will find everything you need. Located in Mid Norfolk you are just 30 minutes from the City of Norwich, 45 minutes from the Broads National Park and 40 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast so there is plenty to explore.

Whether it’s chilling out on the decking or having a base from which to explore the beautiful Norfolk coast & surrounding areas then our lodge is perfect for you situated looking out over the main lake at the peaceful award winningYaxham waters holiday park perfect for couples & families. Private fishing is included at the 3 well established lakes for those that wish to bring their own fishing equipment & a valid licence. There’s an onsite cafe with an adjacent children’s play area.

Harry's Place - a rural retreat

Harry's Place is a light, self-contained, upstairs apartment. It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space with countryside views from every room. There are sloping ceilings but tall people generally manage! Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
