Welcome Home! My home is right off I-35, easy access for all you travelers. Includes garage parking for one car! It’s at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, and movies just minutes away. Downtown DSM is only 10 mins and Ames is 20 mins. There's walking and bicycle paths very close. I can't wait to meet you! Safe travels! Happy bat room in victorian home, quiet pet ok!

Comfortable room in eclectic home. Old house...1890's...lots of old carved woodwork. Contemporart colorful artists touches throughout the home.Friendly people..art happens here...nice atmosphere. Mini fridge, snacks in the dining room,coffee bar in the pantry. . Close to drake university and downtown shops, concerts and nightlife. Nice porches to relax on….Pets are welcome. Calvin the cat will probably be around to welcome you. (He can go in and out as he likes. restaurants? ,just ask.
