We’re minutes away from Inverness, Cabot Links & the most beautiful beaches on our island This unit sleeps 4 comfortably but has the option to sleep an additional 2 on a sofabed if sharing a smaller space is not a concern We’re the perfect last stop when travelling the Cabot Trail from East to the West side of the island & we’re only a short drive to the mainland when leaving or if you prefer to start your Cape Breton adventure travelling up the west coast we are on your way to the Cabot Trail

Cozy private waterfront cottage on Bras d'Or Lake just minutes to the Cabot Trail & the quaint Village of Baddeck (9km). Make this a home base for all your island adventures. Bring your camera, hiking shoes, golf clubs, guitar & singing voice. At the end of it all come and sit and sip by a cozy fire, a moonlight sky and be star struck. Mine is a great spot to chill out and enjoy nature. Swimming, kayaks & SUPs. Baddeck, where it all begins and ends...Get looped on the Cabot Trail! ADULTS ONLY

Welcome to Beechwood Nature Stays! This 676 sqft waterfront Lake Cottage has a modern rustic interior that will make you feel comfortable & super cozy during your stay! Relax in your own private luxury hot tub attached to the large cottage deck. Experience the unique outdoor rainfall shower, explore the lake with provided kayaks, hike the private trail to a water cascade & finish the day unwinding under the stars while having a lakeside bonfire! Queensport Beach House

The Queensport Beach House sleeps 4-6. Ideally located beside the Queensport Public Wharf, about 20 minutes past Guysborough. Enjoy stunning lighthouse views from beach, deck, galley or loft. Come and experience the absolute tranquility and unforgettable sunsets. See the wild aerial shows by all our sea birds. Enjoy breakfast watching the seals, go fishing, boating, biking, hiking and explore our Lost shores. Main level master with queen bed. Note this property is closed November to April.

Enjoy your private outdoor hot tub located directly in front of the cottage, a gas fire pit, hiking trails, and kayaking to the ocean beach. There is also an outdoor shower with both hot & cold water. Inside, you’ll find designer log furniture, LED fireplace, Bell FibreOp high-speed internet, and a 60-inch Samsung TV.

Waterfront 4 bedroom house with hot tub

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Pondville Beach Cottage

This historic cottage features 4 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. Walking distance to a Provincial Beach & pet friendly. Bbq provided. Explore the woods, walking trails, listen to the ocean waves. Includes: board games, climbing ropes, trampoline, paddle board rentals, free range chickens! Fire pit, water views & sauna! Most Cape Breton attractions are between 45 minutes and 2 hours from us — ideal for scenic day trips while enjoying peaceful waterfront evenings. Need more room? Rent our camper!

Hayden Lake "Trapper",cozy Lodge, privacy & nature

Authentic log cabin located on a private lake with trout. As the crow flies it is less than 500m to the Atlantic, Chedabucto Bay. The Cabin is surrounded by trees with lake view. The water toys invite you. Jump in to swim. The lake is just 50 m away. Lots of space and privacy. Smell the fresh forest air. Relax or take a walk. Enjoy the nature and listen to the birds or pick some berrys, make a campfire, watch the incredible starry sky and feel comfortable in the cozy Guesthouse.

Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.

Nestled on the shore of the Bay, you have easy access to enjoy seaside walks, hypnotic surf, and hiking trails, visit quaint fishing communities along the shores of the Bay, watch the rise and fall of the tide, or the seabirds soaring and diving for fish. It is so beautiful and peaceful here.
