- big and sunflooded kitchen/living room with dining table, couch and access to the southside loggia/balcony - a quiet and comfortable bedroom with loggia/balcony to the northside (the big windows can be darkened at night with roller blinds) - a beautiful bathroom with artistic tiles from the local artist Sonia Folie - two loggias/balconies with table and chairs for the extravagant private sunbath or evening conversation with friends - total living space: 65m² + 2 loggias - shared room for your ski, snowboard and hiking equipment - a laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer - Private parking in front of the house (and in front of the church) - we will welcome you at the day of your arrival and show you the flat and its household - we are very happy to help you with all your requests (for instance if you need a mountain guide) - there is a lot to discover in South Tirol. Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Das kleine Appartement in unserem alleinstehendem Haus im Tierser Tal in Südtirol bietet einen ruhigen und entspannenden Platz zum Urlauben! Vor deiner Haustüre betrittst du direkt die Wiesen, hörst den Vögeln, den Insekten und dem Bachrauschen zu. Von hier aus hast du optimale Möglichkeiten im Weltnaturerbe Dolomiten/Rosengarten zu wandern, zu klettern und zu chillen. Das Dorf mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Baita del Toma - Chalet in Dolomites

Vuoi vivere un'incredibile esperienza immerso nelle Dolomiti delle Pale di San Martino e nella natura? Giornate romantiche? Se hai risposto "si", sei nel posto giusto! Posta nel bel mezzo delle Dolomiti, patrimonio mondiale dell'unesco, la struttura é una baita situata a 1820 m in posizione molto panoramica, soleggiata e isolata! É raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min di passeggiata. CHECK IN E CHECK OUT sarà fatto con il mio 4x4.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
