Whether you're looking for a quiet place to stay or a countryside adventure, check us out. Just 6 miles from historic downtown Marietta, we’re a 108-acre family farm with beloved Highland cattle and sweet goats, too. Open to general public on limited summer weekends. Trails, creeks, fields, hammocks and front row seats to stunning sunsets are all part of the package. A nearly century-old barn offers a custom banquet table for a special occasion or meal. Ask about barn rental and availability.

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. The cottage offers an apartment-sized washer/dryer, coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. Equipped with all the modern conveniences.

The Cottage on Laurel Ridge

Families and groups will find this cottage to be the perfect place for a getaway. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from historic Marietta and is centrally located to many activities within Washington County. Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
