The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The River Barn - Cosy Riverside Annex in Braunton

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

The Hideaway

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
