Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Relax with the whole family in this little slice of heaven in Devon. It has a fabulous enclosed garden where you can enjoy the firepit or BBQ or a huge open plan living area to cook up the mackerel you caught on the coast 20 minutes away. Based on our smallholding in the village of Chilsworthy an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lots of lovely walks. There is also our local pub The White Hart. We are just over the river Tamar on the boarder between Devon and Cornwall. Half an hour from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions on Plymouth Hoe, and Plymouth sound. Tavistock is fifteen minutes away a lovely old market town. Cotehele is owned by the national trust and is about ten minutes away beautiful gardens.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others will be staying in campervans, touring caravans and tents. Max five pitches. A simple camping cabin. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower.
