Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

Curlew Cottage, a Grade 2 listed south facing cottage dating from around 1790 in the small village of West Bretton. An easy walk to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park & a short drive or bus trip to The Hepworth in Wakefield. The National Mining Museum & Cannon Hall Farm are nearby, Peak District National Park, Leeds, York, Sheffield also within easy reach. Just 1 or 2 miles from M1 Junction 38 & 39. Refurbished to a high standard retaining many original features, with oak beams & open country views.

This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

The Flat, Shepley secure parking & welcome hamper

A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

The Annexe, Morley

A home from home, suitable for weekend breaks or those business trips, fully equipped and centrally located, a short bus or train ride to Leeds, with. Supermarkets, leisure centre and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Fully self contained with own access. Double and Single bed, with full Sky package and internet so you want for nothing. The Cottage at Horstead Farm

A lovely 1 bedroom cottage which is very well equipped with every luxury, central heating, full cooking facilities including air fryer, microwave and full oven and hob. Set in a beautiful country village which is peaceful and picturesque and yet on the main road through the village and so is easy to find. Perfect for walking holidays as there are many footpaths and Bridlepaths. Village pub offering home made food most days. Very peaceful environment.

Charming one bedroomed self contained cottage

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Dogs welcome and walks are permitted around the fields but keep them in a lead please. Private parking. Yorkshire Sculpture park and mining museum close by.
