Eat breakfast on the secluded patio garden at a cozy studio in charming San Jose. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the all-white bathroom, unwind with a book in an antique chair under the sash window, or snuggle up in the carved wooden bed by the fire. The cottage has been fully remodeled. Relax in a brand new king bed and enjoy the all new full bath. Roku TV, AC/Heat and an electric fireplace to relax with. Fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. Private yard to enjoy and relax. Detached cottage, with private, well lit entry. A coded deadbolt lock allows safe entry into cottage. Enjoy a private patio that is also available for guests. We will be giving our guests privacy, but are available by phone or text if you have questions. Willow Glen is the South Bay’s hottest area within San Jose and the Silicon Valley. Downtown is two blocks away, with popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses all close by. Plenty of safe and well lit street parking available. A city bus stop is very close, with freeways, light rail, and Cal train a mile away. Willow Glen is a quaint neighborhood of San Jose, with its charming old homes, and vibrant downtown businesses. Many popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses, just to name a few...all just a short drive or walk away!

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Private entrance and yard with lots of trees, 95 yr old grape vine, strawberry beds +outside seating + free designated parking off an unpaved alley right in Turlock’s most desired area.

Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen has dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. Dishes, pans/pots, linens provided. 2 miles from 99 Freeway & downtown dining/ entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Charming Farmhouse in Walnut Orchard

This house was built by my grandfather and sits on our family farm tucked away in a walnut orchard. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our private road, the wind blowing through the trees and sweeping views of the nearby foothills. This house has two full bedrooms with an extra loft room upstairs with a large writing desk. The front room has an attached full bathroom, while the back bedroom has a bathroom down the hall. Come enjoy the quiet simplicity of living on the farm!

The Cottage at The A Bar

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
