Enjoy the quality linens & cozy touches. Walk to Convention Center, 5 min drive to SAP Center, Diridon Station, SJC & Japantown. next to I-280/87. Wi-Fi TV, Youtube TV subscription only, login to your own Netflix, Hulu etc. Sorry, no portable hotplate can be brought in, 1 PERSON ONLY.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this central located, sought after area in Modesto! Minutes away from everything & walking distance to many stores. You will have your own private entrance, kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), bathroom & bedroom, all to yourself! Please note that this unit is attached to my families main house. We have two dogs and my neighbors too, so noise level is not always quiet. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want your stay to be as comfortable and easy as possible. *

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

This house was built by my grandfather and sits on our family farm tucked away in a walnut orchard.
