Villa Nia Family House

Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Απέχει μόνο 1. 30 ώρα από την Αθηνα, 30' από την Πάτρα και 35' από τα Καλάβρυτα. Σε 5' μπορείτε να είστε στο Διακοπτο και να πάρετε τον Οδοντωτό σιδηρόδρομο για Καλάβρυτα. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και καφέ. Απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας σε έναν μοναδικό, ανεξάρτητο χώρο που θα σας καλύψει όλες τις αναγκες σας.

Our apartment is fully renovated. It is located at the picturesque seaside village of Platanos. Only 25m to the crystal clear beach & 700m to the train station (line Athens Airport-Aigio), walking distance. It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 6km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο. Ο χώρος μου είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες με παιδιά και παρέες φίλων.

In Olivia you will avoid the city noise and lights, but you will have everything you need at hand (supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant are approximately 1km away). The house has been fully constructed in 2022 and we are looking forward to welcome our first guests. Our country house is ideal for a group of people that want to spent some quality time together in peaceful and sunny environment. It's located 1.5 km from the pouda beach known for its crystal clear water and near by Diakopto, Akrata and Kalavryta.
