Fully furnished tiny home located in the heart of historic old town San Dimas. Our tiny home is within walking distance of downtown where you’ll find Local coffee shops, Antiques shops, historical sites, restaurants and museums. This tiny home sits directly behind our home that was built in 1894 and is centrally located just a few miles from all surrounding universities , the foothills, the Fairplex and about 30-45 minutes from Disneyland and most SoCal attractions. This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.
