This cozy, mid-century style home is right on the river on a calm stretch just below Marshall Gold Discovery Park. Walk down the stairs from the deck and splash in the river! The large deck offers space to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furnishings make up this 1050 sq.ft. home. We have a gas BBQ grill for you to get your grill on as you look out over the river. Wee Maggie's Cottage

A bright two bedroom two bath house walking distance from Placerville's Main Street. It has a 600 square foot covered deck for outdoor entertaining, a full laundry, two bathrooms, one with shower (only) and one with large soaking tub (only). An optional add on is “Wee Maggie’s bonus room” at same address. Joined to the cottage by a 7 foot deck, the carriage house bonus room adds one queen bed and queen sofa bed. Perfect for two families or traveling with grandparents.
