Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausquartier. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nicht direkt vor Ort, eine Bäckerei/Kaffee ist jedoch in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Dank guter Busanbindung erreicht man Kloten in 5 Minuten sowie den Flughafen Zürich in rund 10 Minuten.

Zum Studio gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit einem kleinen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Lounge.
