Only steps from the house is the path leading to the beautiful sandy beach. This is a single lane path. There is also a parking lot at the beach, less than 5 minute drive. Cozy, quiet studio cottage nestled on 1/3 acre of trees and surrounded by seasonal creeks. Indoor gas fireplace and full kitchen & large spacious deck. In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. This beautiful studio is the entire ground floor of a classic village beach house just a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach for you and your pet to freely roam. The guest suite boasts a large secluded deck for basking in the sun during the day, or hosting a BBQ at night-and is dog friendly. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Urban Farm House in Tomales

Quintessential Tomales Victorian , our sanctuary when we can get to the coast. When we cannot, we open up the first floor of the house for guests to enjoy. The upstairs is locked but you have access to the entire downstairs & outdoor areas. You will be the only occupants in the house during your stay. Limit of 3 guests. Be aware we are in a remote area,and during inclement weather the whole town sometimes loses electricity.When that happens,guests will have to reset the pump in the garage

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

Our custom-designed beachhouse is perched on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and offers spectacular panoramic views from every room. It's a perfect retreat from everyday life. Relax in one of two living areas or on one of the decks, and toast the sunset with local wines. Walk along sandy Dillon Beach, hike to the estero, fish from the many coves, kayak, surf, paddleboard or kiteboard at the beach, eat oysters from the pristine Tomales Bay, or curl up with a book on the couch.
