Head out on Angles Way and follow the Waveney river valley for an idyllic countryside stroll or take a trip to the beautiful Suffolk coast, then light the fire and curl up under the beams. Featured in a host of magazines, this bucolic abode combines period features and chic, contemporary design. Ivywood cottage is medieval in age, but contemporary in design, with luxurious finishes and fine detailing. The house is in a unique rural setting and was once part of the Gawdy Hall Estate. The house sits next to a beautiful 15th century church, set within a 3 acre church yard. Glorious and plentiful Waveney Valley walks in all directions. Guests have complete privacy and run of the house, including a private garden. We respect our guest's privacy, and are on call for any advice or assistance that you may need during your visit. The cottage is a short picturesque drive from the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, bistro cafes, pubs, restaurants, and tea shops. It's the countryside, most people drive. Diss is the mainline station between London and Norwich and is just 15 minutes by car. Cycling is very popular and the cottage is on a regular time trial route. Buses are very reliable and the village is well serviced making it easy to hop between Suffolk and Norfolk villages. There is fabulous walking from the cottage. Located in the Waveney Valley paths such as Angles Way which follows the Waveney river valley are right on your doorstep.

Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Thoughtfully equipped with all you'll need for a relaxing 'get-away-from-it-all' break at any time of year. Interesting places to visit and easy access to the coast.

This 3 bathroom beamed cottage, part of the Serenity Cottages collection in Suffolk, dates back to the early 1700s, and is set within the historic village of Stoke Ash with an award winning 17th century coaching inn. We can even arrange for a masseuse and personal chef to visit your luxury cottage. Perfectly located for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk.

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite. Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Picturesque Dedham Vale is 21 miles way and the beautiful seaside town of Southwold is 35 miles. Well equipped spacious kitchen diner; large living room with additional dining area; downstairs WC. 3 comfortable double bedrooms and bathroom. Enclosed rear garden and off road parking. 2 pubs within walking distance.

Green Farm House is set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside at the end of a quiet lane. The quaint village of Redgrave benefits from a village pub serving food & a small village shop. Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

The Old Forge 6

The Old Forge is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The cottage is set in the peaceful village of Brome, in the Suffolk countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The Old Forge has its own private garden and parking for two cars. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and two are on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin single beds. Bedroom three is ground floor also with a kingsize. The ground floor offers a kitchen/diner, bathroom, lounge and storage.

Easy access to Norwich in 15 min. 45 min from the coast with stunning beaches and typical villages . A real countryhouse like you have dreamed of! Note that the garage, tool shed, greenhouse and vegetable patch are not be included. Non smoker and no parties policy.
