Come stay in our newly built house, with room for up to six on the second floor of our family home. The home is fully furnished with all new furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. 42-inch flatscreen Smart Android TV. Air conditioned Master Bedroom with brand new split-type. Cool breezes through the house. Easy access to the downtown area of Borongan City by walking. Host lives on-site and is readily available when needed. Ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

Surf Front Villa In Samar

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, steps from the surfing, and swimming beach. The sunrise and sunset views are stunning from this third floor suite. Walk down the private stone path and step into the water, explore the tide pools, or paddle out to the surf. Take a two mile stroll down a secluded beach, and perhaps not even see another soul. Step off the beach into our outdoor shower or bathe Filipino style with fresh clean cold water from our beachfront hand pump well.

Room with Beachfront Access

Our place is located in Lalawigan, Borongan City. 10min drive from Borongan City proper. A seawall is under construction on the beachfront so you cannot access the beach at the moment. Our bar and restaurant is temporarily closed so if you will book this room, you will have access to everything inside our place. We have free wifi and smart tv with Netflix. Guests can also cook inside the room. Amazing beachfront view most specifically during sunrise.
